The Elevation Experience is an 18-month Youth Leadership Development program. Our aim is to see lives changed— both the Canadians who join the Experience and those we work with in Rwanda. We believe in cross-cultural relationships; there is so much to learn from each other! The Elevation Experience is a life-changing opportunity to step into your own journey of personal development.

The Experience includes:
- Six sessions of pre-travel training
- Participation in the team fundraising effort
- A two to three week trip to Rwanda
- Eight months of post-trip programming
