Before moving to Canada, Jermyn and his family lived in both the tropical Philippines and the scorching heat of Qatar. Now in Canada, Jermyn has a great love of Canada’s beautiful landscape, and seeing the trees change in every season.
Jermyn is a graduate of the New Media Design and Web Development and the Graphic Design program at BCIT. Before starting his internship with YU in the summer of 2019, he worked in BCIT Student Association’s Link Magazine as an associate designer assisting with the publication of four editions. Link Magazine was recently awarded as the Best Print and Digital Publication in the academic category by the Canadian Online Publishing Awards.
Design has always been a big part of Jermyn’s life—from doing fine arts in high school, to exploring digital media and technology in post-secondary. He is passionate about helping Youth Unlimited have a consistent and growing presence in the ever-changing digital landscape.
Within the Marketing and Communications department, Jermyn brings ideas to life. His creative approach to design helps improve YU’s look and feel as infuses ingenuity throughout GVYU’s print and digital assets.
*Any funding to Jermyn’s ministry will go to where it’s most needed in Youth Unlimited.
Together we can transform the world our youth live in—but we can’t do it without you.Take Action
