Having worked with youth since graduating high school, I knew that I wanted my career to involve youth ministry in some capacity . And that is exactly what Megan does in her role as an executive assistant for Youth Unlimited, which is “an amazing fit” for Megan because it combines her love of connecting with youth and her skills in organization and administration.
It’s not always exciting, but Megan still finds joy in the mundane. In her words: “I love being able to take care of the ‘tedious’ tasks so that my coworkers do what they do best — youth work”.
Megan has a diploma in professional counselling from Pacific Life Bible College as well as many years’ experience with youth and administration. Megan, her husband Matt and baby daughter, Evelyn, live in Clayton Heights in Langley. Their dog Maverick, is both crazy and lovable. When Maverick is behaving himself, Megan likes to get out and enjoy kickboxing.
Together we can transform the world our youth live in—but we can’t do it without you.Take Action
