Rachel Tapp

Youth Worker

“I do what I do because the depth of need in this world can only be met with the power and grace of Jesus who has called me to be part of his work.”

Rachel is a youth worker with Youth Unlimited who spends most of her time at Langley Secondary School. It is here that she pours out her energy meeting teenagers and fostering relationships with them.

Outside of her time at Langley Secondary School, Rachel works at one of Youth Unlimited’s youth drop-in centres. As the drop-in coordinator, she is in charge of many things, but as she likes to put it, “I basically make up ridiculous games for the youth to play.”

Before heading into youth work with Youth Unlimited, Rachel attended Trinity Western University where she completed a degree in Sociology with a focus on Human Services and Sociology.
