Trisha Evans

Financial Processor

Trisha is a lady of many talents. Not only is she a pro when it comes to math; she can bake, juggle, speak Spanish, and even play the nose flute. In her ‘down time’, Trisha loves to bust a move in her zumba group, take in the fresh air whilst gardening or on a long forest walk, and play board games with her family and friends.

What makes Trisha an amazing Financial Processor is her pure love for the subject. She’s the kind of person to seek out learning at any chance – finding joy in Math workbooks and the fulfillment of a good spreadsheet.

Fun fact: Trisha Lived in Tegucigalpa, Honduras with her family for 1 year, while serving as the Financial Administrator for an NGO called “Hope for Honduras”. Her husband installed water filtration systems in homes, schools, and community centers for the same organization.

Trisha has been growing through her path, using math and helping kids. She owned a daycare for 10 years, tutored high school math for 15 years, and has thrived in various admin/finance positions. Now, her passion for numbers is working in unison with her goal to ‘Love God & Love Others’ – “YU does this every day! I enjoy being able to use my insane love of numbers to enable YU staff to pursue their callings.”

Trisha is in currently in the process of finishing her BA of Commerce, Major in Accounting whilst being an amazing part of the YU team, and an incredible Wife and Mom.
