Kristie Voth
“I’m so grateful for the mentors who saw my potential and fuelled my love for Jesus. I serve Jesus today because of them. We all need someone who truly sees us and sparks the fire that God made to burn in our hearts. I want to be a fire-starter.”
Kristie is a small-town girl from the prairies who felt the call of God (and the mountains) to move west. While at Bible College she said she would never work with youth. Since then, Kristie has spent the majority of her time working with youth and young adults while sailing the Georgia Strait, trekking in the Himalayas, serving in downtown Calgary, hanging out at camp in (rattle-snake-infested) Osoyoos, and chatting for hours over tea and Skipbo. She’s learned to never say never because God loves to surprise us for our joy and His glory.
Kristie loves connecting with friends of all ages, exploring the outdoors, and locking eyes with Jesus. She is honoured to join the Lifeteams crew in mentoring and equipping young leaders to lean into their God-given purpose as they learn to love youth towards Jesus.
