Why Avianna Rowe is Sleeping Outside

Hi! My name is Avianna and I’m 12 years old.

I’ll be sleeping outside for one night to help raise awareness and funds for youth who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. I want to experience just a small glimpse of what life might feel like for kids and teens who don’t have a safe place to sleep every night.

I’m doing this because:

I want homeless youth to have a better chance at a normal, healthy life.
I want them to be safe and protected.
And I hope that more people will notice and care about what these youth are going through.

My goal is to raise $500 to support programs that help these kids find shelter, safety, and hope for the future.
