Why Jeffrey Chaters is Sleeping Outside

The housing situation in the Lower Mainland is becoming increasingly untenable for everyone, especially for vulnerable individuals and groups. I'm sleeping outside to help foster a spirit of generosity in Metro Vancouver, along with raising support (funds and awareness) to combat the root issues that contribute to the upward trend of housing instability.
