Carissa Plett
Spiritual Development Coordinator
Carissa began her youth work career in 2004 as a church youth leader and made the switch into community youth work in 2011. Regardless of her roles and titles, spiritual mentoring has always been at the foundation of her ministry. In addition to her role with Lifeteams, she serves on YFC Canada’s People Development Team, supporting the spiritual growth and resiliency of youth workers across Canada. After being connected to the Lifeteams family for several years as a guest instructor, Carissa became the primary instructor of the Ministry & Spirituality course in 2019. She holds a Master of Arts in Theological Studies from Portland Seminary of George Fox University.
