Wayne was born in Hong Kong but has spent the majority of his life in Vancouver. Growing up in a Christian family, Wayne accepted Christ at an early age and found passion in the fundamental integration of faith in life as the core of discipleship and missions. Before joining Youth Unlimited, Wayne spends nine years in another local youth organization, utilizing multi-dimensional experiences to mentor and disciple students in high school and university years, preparing, coaching, and mentoring them for their life-long journey in and with Christ.
